Price Tag....Is Nothing Sacred?

Done with classes, done with school! RAWK!

It is so nice just sleeping in with reckless abandon. Waking up after getting a full night of sleep is very close to miraculous.

In great news, my parents have sold the house that they built a few years ago. Woohoo! They are building a new gorgeous house right up against the mountains here in Albuquerque and it has an absolutely amazing view. I've also found out that I am going to A-town for a few days over break to see some family friends. My brother has been invited to give a speech at a local dinner/lunch club thing...so that will be amusing. My brother hasn't been to A-town (where he graduated) in about 4 years. Most of his friends are married with children now...

By the way, I will never get over how effing weird it is to find out how many of my former classmates are married or with children by this age. I just turned 21, and I can't even fathom the idea of having a child or a spouse. CRAZY! Just goes to shows the mentality of small-town USA. Many think it isn't sad that they are so young bringing up a family, but I think it is idiotic. For Pete's sake, most of them haven't even been to another country! Go on vacation, don't have a kid!

In boy news, I have pretty much gotten over entertaining the idea of going out with the previously mentioned boy. This was exascerbated by the fact that he called me at 9 am the day after I finished my last final. Which is insane. Is nothing sacred?? In a marathon-paced tea session with my Greek gals, we went over the finer points of said male and decided that he is most decidedly not up to par. Tacky situation number 2? On my Christmas gift, he left the price tag on. Which is inexcusable because it was a rather large-sized price tag. Did I leave my tag on my gift to him? NO. Seriously.

I've also been seeing a different guy of late and he is fun. Yay for fun. And did I mention that he is really religious? Fantastic. And funny. Rah. But we'll see.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas!
